MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) would like to invite you to join us for an exciting year!  

Who:All moms with children ages birth through Kindergarten
What:Speakers, Crafts, Food & Fellowship
Where:Crabapple First Baptist Church - Fellowship Hall upstairs
When:1st & 3rd Friday's of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. beginning September 17th, 2010 and ending May 6th, 2011. We will not be starting on September 3rd due to the Labor Day holiday weekend.
***Childcare will be provided***  

MOPS: Mothers of Preschoolers  

MOPS cares that a woman:
• Has a safe place to be herself
• Grows to be all that she can be as a wife, mother and friend
• Knows and experiences God's love

MOPS is committed to meeting the needs of mother's by:
• Creating an atmosphere of encouragement and acceptance
• Providing opportunities for improvement of leadership skills
• Promoting spiritual growth

MOPPETS Children's Program  

Moppets cares that each child:
• Knows and experiences God's love
• Receives quality care and teaching
• Feels good about himself/herself

***Every morning is filled with stories, games, songs, art projects, playtime and a snack.

MOPS Meetings  

A typical MOPS meeting includes an informal time of treats and conversation, followed by an
instructional time. Subjects relating to womanhood, marriage, child-rearing, and relationships
are presented from a biblical perspective. Small discussion groups provide honest interaction,
deepening friendships, and spiritual enrichment. There will be meetings we also have crafts
activities to help bring out our inner creativity.  

Volunteer Opportunities  

Being in MOPS leadership provides a special opportunity for service and spiritual growth.
